    celebrating the craft

This mag has such a refreshing perspective - diving deep into the creative process instead of only celebrating the finished product. It's such a beautiful magazine made with intention and reminds us all why we do what we do.

    It Was OK

I wish there were more visual voices. regardless of the different image makers who provided the photography for the publication it all felt very similar. I also wish there was a more solid aesthetic when it cam to layout. Some pages were jarring in the way the negative space was utilized. In some ways it felt like the negative space was just filler to make up for lack of content. All of this made me less interested in the words on the page. I wanted to love it and continue to support the industry by supporting the magazine but this was a turn off in a lot of ways.

    Great mag

These guys know what’s up! Every page turned does not miss that satisfying “good image feel”. These mags are intentional, inviting, and overall just straight goodness.
